A list of shoujo MangAnime I’ve read/watched

Standard

Hello again everyone!

Since we are here at We <3 Shoujo, I’ve decided to make a list of all the shoujo MangAnime I have watched/read (not necessarily finished), as of the time being. Please note that I’ve read/watched only a few, but I’ll surely do the reading and watching once I have that much awaited really really long vacation ^_^ (Arina Tanemura manga: on the top of my want to read list! ^_^)

I arranged the titles in alphabetical order:

Card Captor Sakura

(manga and anime)

5 Days till Summer Ends- Best Endings in Shoujo History (with exceptions)

Standard

Yay! I’ve been waiting for this ^__^ Best scenes in shoujo history. Well… this will be biased XD I will try to span over as many animes and mangas as possible, so more people will be able to relate, but I will be honest when I say the top endings I liked. :) And you know it will be mostly Arinacchi, because I loved all her endings.

Disclaimer: I do not own these animes/mangas or pictures, I got them from the internet and linked them to where I got them from. I’m sorry if I’m breaking some rule here, I’m hazy about copyright laws.

Now, for once, in a particular order (descending, best first):

1. Zettai Kareshi- Don’t Cry Anymore

This was such a sad ending, and I think everybody cried when they read this. :’)

Shoujo Manga- Predictable or Not? It all comes down to Arinacchi and CLAMP

Standard

Shoujo manga can get very predictable. People who don’t love shoujo don’t read it probably for that reason. That and the fact they don’t like stupid heroines and icky romance.

But luckily (for us), that’s why we read shoujo manga, right?

For its predictability, romance and that tingly feeling it gives you when something sweet happens.

I know I go on about not liking to read shoujo manga that’s way too predictable, but it’s what every shoujo manga is. Predictable. Some are more predictable in others, but every shoujo manga has a degree of predictability in it. Especially for long time shoujo readers. Because we just know how the story goes.
